Cook along with Chef Jerome O'Connor to make a delicious Reggae Chicken Breast in this livestreamed cooking experience hosted by teacher and food vlogger, Lamoya Johnson-Mullings.

Chef Jerome O'Connor

Jerome has been exhibiting his culinary skills in the hospitality industry for over 20 years which have seen some of the world’s famous and dignitaries dining to his culinary creations. He is known for constantly learning new cuisines to add to his already vast exposure. Whether the visitors and hotel guests require oriental dishes or something more local to the Jamaica cuisine, Mr. O'Connor is equipped to deliver. This has resulted in returning visitors choosing the property where he manages the kitchen for several years, and even canceling or rescheduling their stay if he is away. Starting in the Winter season of 2020, Jerome’s culinary masterpiece will be present at the Jus_Chill Food Hut, LTD just 15 minutes West from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica where he will be taking on the responsibility of Culinary Director and Head Chef to the island’s newest Restaurant and Dining Experience establishment.

 

Lamoya Johnson-Mullings

Lamoya is an educator by profession having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from The Mico University College in Jamaica. Hailing from the parish of Manchester; she has an innate passion for motivating others to achieve excellence in their chosen path. Currently, Lamoya seeks to inspire people through her brand Moya Moy which currently boasts a YouTube cooking channel and a clothing line whose pieces can be purchased in Things Jamaican at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, Jamaica. Moya Moy Kitchen was born out of a passion to create tasty yet simply dishes. By sharing her recipes, she quickly garnered followers (now known as her Kitchen Gang) across several social media platforms. Her videos now provide viewer with daily insights into creating the quick and savory meals while boosting the confidence of her viewers who might otherwise be intimated by the kitchen.
