Join WorldDenver for a summer garden wine tasting and dinner that supports the World Affairs Challenge education program. Led by the owner of Blanchard Family Wines, the tasting will feature 6 wines from around the world, including Colorado. Enjoy a refreshing welcome cocktail, dinner, and learn more about how geography and culture contribute to a wine's unique profile. Help us raise critical funds to expand student access to international education and take part in a small curated silent auction featuring the once-in-a-lifetime chance to attend a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral, Florida with VIP treatment and behind-the-scenes access!

The World Affairs Challenge is an international program and competition for middle and high school students to develop and implement their own innovative solutions that address sustainability issues, guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Young people gain critical, transferable skills while embracing the interconnectedness of the world in formulating their solutions. In the words of a former WAC student, “It’s not us versus them, we’re all in this together! We’re all trying to solve [these] problems as one.”

WorldDenver is poised to reach more students than ever before through the World Affairs Challenge: this program fuels the fire of international engagement for our students, and we aim to ignite a passion for cultural exploration and cooperation for more than 800 youth in the US and all over the world during the 2024 program cycle.
